I ordered the Moto G from the website 2 days ago for $200 minus the $150 small tab so $50 out of my pocket. I noticed today that the Moto G is on sale for $150 dollars. I called customer service to see if they would refund my cost, but she wouldn't. She said she would rather me return my phone I just bought and order a new one. This is atrocious customer service, basically every competent company offers price protection these days. Why doesn't Koodo?
