Prepaid not complying with my demands


I set up a prepaid account with Koodo and they were suppose to take payment on the 20th of each month why did they put the payment throught on the 12 of May

It goes by when you activated, not on a date that you want to choose. If I activate on April 1st, I'll have to top up again by May 1st (every 30 days). You activated on the 12th of Month (whichever month you were in). And they don't have to comply with your demands if its something that can't be done.
