I have set up a prepayment but I am arrears for last month. I viewed it and the prepayment plan is there. Why is it not happening?

Hi Brenda... If you just set it up, it may take a full billing cycle for the pre-authorized payment to kick in... I will suggest you to do a manual payment and double check that all the info is accurate, next billing cycle it should work...
