So the switch from PM to Koodo is complete (yay)! However, the only thing left that I'm unsure about is the $180 credit that is supposed to be applied (spread throughout the year, month-by-month). Can I get some reassurance as to when I will receive this credit? (It has not been the end of the 1st billing monthly cycle yet.)

It is supposed to come on your second bill. If you don't see it then, you should send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
