PLEASE HELP - 14 days and SIM card has still not arrived

Second Post. We need this SIM for a family member who is isolated. Could you please help! It’s been 14 days..

BERNARD KOODO, you stated that you spoke with UPS and they would deliver today. They just updated status to undeliverable. AS STATED BEFORE THIS SIM IS FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ISOLATED AND NEEDS TO CONNECT TO HER FAMILY. Adding insult to injury you have billed her. We’re at UBC; is there a local Koodo shop that could help us. Otherwise, please cancel the existing order and send us a new SIM! Thank you

Yes I have the tracking number…I also received the following email below. How do I cancel this order!!!????

I have never had good service from UPS.  Can’t understand why Koodo uses them!

I think after all the Canada Post strikes, Koodo has decided to not rely on just 1 delivery company
