Please confirm my suspension for my 2 Numbers

hello Koodo Team,

 

I am outside canada and have requested Kodoo few weeks back to suspend my both the numbers till further notice. Can you please confirm if suspension took place after 10th Oct Midnight ?

Log into self serve and check your plan States. 

Does it show as a seasonal hold plan?
