Hi I have asked before that my billing statement be due at the end of each month as that is when I get paid now that I am a senior. Please change this for me effective immediately. I greatly appreciate this and await your response at ###### thank you kindly, Judy Hahn

I totally understand how you feel Judy, however the billing date is not something we can change. It is assigned at the time of your activation stays with you for the duration of your service.

Hi Judy, For any type of billing inquiries such as this, you will need to call in using *611 from your mobile phone, we don't have access to your account here so we can't here, but the reps over the phone will be able to help!

Fortunately, you receive the bill at the beginning of the month and it's not due until a month later.
So you can pay your bill at the end of the month regardless of the date it is issued to you!

If your cycle is March 14 - April 14 for example, you can pay on March 31st and every 31st after!
