plan swap query

i have just paid off the amount due (before the automated withdrawal date) so i could change to a cheaper plan. i had selected the "add plan" button. the problem is my profile still says i owe this amount and my plan remains as it was before . do i have to log back in or something?

It can take up to 5 business days for payments to be processed by Koodo depending on the method of payment.

That's right! As soon as Koodo receives the money, you will be able to see it in your self-serve account, and then make the change. You will be able to enjoy your new plan soon enough! Have a great day!
