Plan cancelled but still post charge in my account


Plan cancelled on Aug 24, 2014 but still post the add on charge on Quebec tax (0.46) in my account. Cannot call the Koodo customer service because my previous number is no longer valid. Can anyone help?

You can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636. They will still be able to look you up. This is a public community and no one here has access to your account. You'll need to call customer service using the number I just gave you.

Hi Shuang, If you wanted to contact Koodo just dial 1-866-995-6636 from any phone and press 0 a few times to get in touch with a representative. Their hours of operation are as follows: Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
Hi Daniel and Ahmad, Thank you very much for help. The tips for pressing 0 a few times worked. Thanks! I gave them a call and they helped to fix the charge.
