Don't be pissed. 🙂 Life is too short. What likely happened is what cellphone companies call proration. They charge from the date of your activation (the small charge on your bill) plus a month in advance. Watch this short video koodo created. It explains it clearly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oE9TiOqzrVg&index=1&list=PL1ABAD1771DBE0E78

And here is another link with a sample bill to help explain the partial charges. http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/charges-explained/charges-on-your-first-bill It's no different than when you start home internet or Cable and you get partial charges

Well look at your pdf ebill when you log into your selfserve from a computer. What does it say your charges are coming from? I bet they didnt put the 10% off no tab discount on

Without seeing the bill breakdown, I cannot comment as to how it goes from $54 to $67. If you want a precise answer, I suggest you post a picture of your bill where the total is broken down. If you do this, please remove any personal identification such as phone number, address, name, payment info, etc.).

Look at page 3 of your bill. If you have the 10% off it will say unde "Monthly and Other Charges": No Tab Discount - 10% Than look further down and see if there are usage charges. Long distance etc. I'm sure the answer is there.
