I am really pissed with the koodo customer care. I recently bought a htc one m8 from a store in Ottawa. i paid 15$ plus tax for a screen protector. The rep was not able to install it properly and he did not have another pair of them. he told me to come back after a week to install new ones. But i bought spigen glas tr screen protector from amazon and installed it. Then i went to the store and asked for a refund, he said he can give a refund only if i have the wasted screen protectors which i did not take with me back home on the day of my purchase. It was purely the rep's fault, he should have given me the refund that day itself, instead he just told me to come back in a week. is there anyway i can get this money back?
