Hi there,

When csn i expect to be able to speak to a human being from Koodo about my bill?

If you mean over the phone, the answer is after the pandemic is over. In the meantime you can contact them via Facebook messenger or Twitter DM and you will receive a response from an absolutely real, genuine human.
