phone bill


I usually get my bill automatically taken out of my bank account but my recent one they were late so I decides to pay it myself online, when I did a dew hours later koodo had gone to try & take it out of my bank account leaving me in the negative I have cleared it all up with my bank but koodo has added an extra 25$ on to my bill & I have not gone over my data this month & even if I did it would only charge an extra 5$ not 25 .. so I am wondering why there is an extra 25$ added on to my bill when I was not late paying .. I have a refrwnce number from the bank when I paid it online also to prove it was paid on time .. please help!

If it does dot clearly state why the $25 charge is on your ebill (page 3), then I recommend calling Koodo(*611 on your Koodo cell - it's free to call). Since we are just customers on a public forum and we we dont have any access to your account

Call Koodo *611 from your phone. There might be delay on proses between the bank and koodo. Tell them you made payment through online before automatic payment went through. They will explain what was happen.
