I ported my phone to Telus on October 7th and still received a bill for the period October 7th to November 6th.  This should not be right as my account is under Telus with my husband.

If you ported out on the day that your bill was generated then you would see something like this.

You will get charged for this month, and then on the next bill, you will get it reimbursed back to you.
