payment through online banking

My account was suspended for not paying bill on time. I was going through a rough finacial patch, so couldnt pay the bills. Anyways, it said if i pay the amount due in full, they would reconnect my service again. Now i tried to pay with credit card but the payment wont go through. So paid with online banking, and now its been 4 days and no updates. Koodo account still shows no bills paid. Yet my bank shows the bill went through and i cant reverse it. Where did the money go.

Also you may need to restart your phone


Next time pay over the phone via credit card when you are re-activating.
