payment refunt

somebody help me with my payment refund .kodo mobile and i talk already and have a agreement that i pay 100$ on june 9 . but they take 257$ on my account which is the only money i have and.its already arrange in other important expenses.. please .i dont have anything momey now thats the only money i have for now

There might be some issue with the payment agreement and your pre-authorized payment setup. However, the forum isn’t a place to deal with this. You would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to look into it. I recommend you chat with a rep via Facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or Twitter. You could also schedule a callback and talk with a rep.

And Includes some more info please. How did you pay and your bill date.

Overpaid amount will be stayed in the account as a credit. If you keep it as is, you will be paying less because of this credit
