Payment outside of Canada

Hi all,

I’ve been paying my bills via my Canadian credit card, but I’ve just found out that my card has been cancelled a few months ago.

The problem is that I am not in Canada at the moment. I cannot get a new credit card or call customer service with my phone. I cannot even access my Canadian banking app either.

On top of that, turns out I cannot pay with a foreign credit card (my family’s card) either since it doesn’t match the postal code with my account’s postal code.

How can I pay my overdue bills in my current situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Contact them through FB or Twitter and let them know your situation.

They should be able to register your foreign credit card on their system, then you can pay your bill.
