Payment Not Accepted?


On Friday May 9th I went to the bank and made a payment for my phone bill in the amount of $177.22 and I just checked to see if it went through and it still hasn't? It's been 2 days and I'm a little concerned because I'm about $10 away from hitting my $200 credit limit then my phone will be cut off. Can anybody help me?

When you pay through the bank, it takes 3-5 business days to process. Seeing as you paid on Friday and it's still only Sunday, that means no business days have gone by. I'd wait until at least Friday. And now you know for next month to pay in advance so you can make your payment on time 🙂
