Payment did not register.


Made a credit card payment through koodomobile.com, it said to try again later. The charges were passed (they appear on my credit card, i was billed for it) the problem is it still shows i owe the payment i already passed.

Oh that is odd, Jonathan... I'm not entirely sure what could have happened, perhaps the Koodo self service has a little delay displaying your payment? You could always call them (*611) and ask if the payment was processed, and if not, they'll probably ask proof it was paid 🙂
