payed my tab in full


i just paid my tab in full and i cant upgrade my phone and there's till a tab bonus balance what do i do ?

i just paid my tab in full and i cant upgrade my phone and there's till a tab bonus balance what do i do ?

Each Tab has a 24-month period. If you choose to upgrade your phone before the end of the period, you will need to pay the remaining Tab and the rest of the Tab Bonus balance left on your account.

Given that you already paid off your Tab, you will still need to fork over the rest of the Tab Bonus balance.

If you still want to go ahead, you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter to sort it out.

Why can't you upgrade your phone? What error comes up?
