Pay bills to a wrong account ;(


hi, i have question..i kept transfering my bill payment to a wrong account for 3 months and just noticed that.....anyone knows whether it is possible for me to ask for payback?

You need to call koodo and then maybe your bank of koodo can't find the payment. Koodo is *611 on your koodo cell

Saw-Hong Tsen, Denis is so right. Now, You might like to contact Payment Management Team instead, directly from your phone[b] dial #227 free of airtime. They will be able to direct your payment to the right account. Easy as that. You better do it soon. 3 Months without a payment being sent to the right account means that your account is overdued already.

FYI, #227 just takes callers to Customer Care, NOT payment management. I've dialed it at least 3 times and each time it's straight through to customer care. I've had to request payment management each time. So I'm not really sure why Koodo even has #227 set up when it doesn't even transfer correctly.

Did you consult with RBC? http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/payments_inquiry I don't think Koodo can pay you back, but help you to set up the correct account for the payment.

The money wouldn't be refunded, just transferred to the right account.
