I have cancelled my Koodo mobile years ago (3+ years ago to be exact). While cancelling, I've had some issues where Koodo billed me for an extra month. I called them and explained the situation. I still kept receiving the monthly emails, but I called again so that they would take me off. Just recently got my credit check for renting purposes, and found that I have an overdue payment. I'm trying to get a hold of a koodo representative, but cannot through their call center. Any suggestions? This is SO annoying.
