I receive my first bill and saw I was charged an additional $7.50 in partial charges, which I was warned about and am fine with. My second bill just arrived and I was charged an additional $40 in partial charges??? I have made no change to my account. I have tried calling your customer service line and the wait time to speak with an agent is 2 hours ..is this a joke?? Someone please explain why I am being charged such an exuberant amount of partial charges on my second month. Thank you.

@LoBo Everything looks okay, although I can see how it may have confused you. A phone number change has taken place and that triggers proration. I ensure you are not paying anything extra.
