Partial charge on first bill


I just moved to koodo, I received my sim card on June 1st and you charged me $6.67 for May 27 to May 31 but I didn't used Koodo services on that dates.

@aminat SIM cards are sent activated therefore the billing cycle start at the time of shipping.

The great thing still is that by buying online, you saved the $45 Connection Fee charged at stores. Hope this helps!

If the sim did not arrive to you until June 1, I would send a send a private message via Facebook or Twitter and request a credit for those first few days you were charged while your sim was still in the mail and could not be used.
