paid wrong account number


I have paid a wrong account and I need to get reimbursed for my payment and I can't get through to talk to anyone on the phone. I have requested call backs and nothing gets done about this!

You'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out. So long as you provide the info of when you paid to which wrong account and what amount I'm sure it can be corrected. Let us know if you don't hear back in a couple days.

When did you make the payment? If you did it today, you can talk to your bank about it and reverse the payment. Otherwise, you will need to either wait until later to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
