paid twice same bill


Hello, I have set up pre-authorized debit with koodo. My last month bill was automatically paid through my debit account. But I forgot about it and I paid the bill again. So I paid twice the same bill of same month. Is it refundable or will it be adjusted with my next bill? please let me know!

It'll will just be deducted from the next bill unless you really need the money, then a request can be made to refund you the amount. It's rare that can happen so maybe just let it sit on the account. Less to pay next month if anything 🙂
