Paid Phone Bill, Phone Still Cut Off?


So, I stupidly paid my bill on a Friday, it's now Tuesday and my phone is cut off. If I call Koodo from my landline, can they hook it back up if I provide proof of payment or something like that? And please don't be snarky and tell me to pay my bill earlier next time, haha. I'm well aware that that was a stupid choice. Thanks in advance 🙂

Did you try dial *611 from your Koodo phone? I thought you can do that even if your service was cut off. If not, you can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 from land line and tell them you paid a bill on Friday and need your service back 🙂
