paid phone bill;nothing happening


So, some financial issues came up and I wasn't able to pay my phone bill. I put it off for too long and thwy cut me off at $160. About at least a week ago I went in and paid it. Nothing has happened though, my phone is not texting or calling etc.

You will probably need to pay the reactivation fee ($35) as well, Vincent... or maybe the payment hasn't come through yet. You're best off to contact Koodo to see what's going on 🙂

The reason is definitely not because of the $35 reconnection fee. That fee, if applicable, would be added to the next bill. Vincent, I recommend calling Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone to quicken the process. It takes a 3-5 business days for Koodo to get your payment if paying through your bank and they (they automatic system) doesn't always necessarily reactivate you as soon as payment is received so a call should help you out

Check your self serve. There it will tell you the past due and current due(overview). . Keep in mind it's best to always setup payment arrangements to avoid the $35 reconnection charge. If your payment was indeed posted to your account simply powercycle your phone by removing the battery and sim card and your services will be restored.

I will stop in periodically. But with time I will be out of date with policies and procedures lol
