Paid for my booster, But it is not working.


Why did my booster not show up? It is paid for and it is in my purchase history but the added data did not show up as a functonal booster in my service.

If data isn't working on tour phone then while the device is on try taking out the Battery and SIM Card for a minute or so then replace them and try it. If not then wait a little bit and call Koodo to see what the issue is. They open at 9am.

Is your Base Plan still active?
It is all fixed now, Had to call Koodo but they fixed it up quickly. They had to re add the booster.
