Wondering why my phonebill is still active after I shut it down while I’m out of the country and don’t have access to my old phone number

What do you mean by Shut it down?  And how did you shut it down?

Did you put your plan on the seasonal hold? It's still cost you $15/mo.

Seasonal hold has a 12 month limit too.
