I added a 1gb top up last month, but I was charged for three 1 gb top ups. I am trying to get 2 of those 3 removed from my bill. Thanks for your help
Check your self serve account to make sure that your order was correctly submitted. Afterwards, get a hold of Koodo’s billing department via www.koodomobile.com/chat describe the issue and have them (apologize and) solve your issue.

Donald, when you say you were charged three times for a top up, do you mean it was taken from your credit card? What does your self serve say (you can download your PDF bill)? Could you post a screenshot please (make sure you blot out personal information)
Top up means after your data got paused, you agree to top up once, yet got charged 3 times?
3 separate charges, as a 1gb top up, 3 times on the same day
Do you have a screenshot that you only replied to the text to top up once?
