I signed up last month for a new line for my daughter. I ordered the sim online on March 7, and got a notification on Mar 9 that it had been shipped, but disappointingly I didn’t receive it in the mail until March 16.
Despite this, on my first bill the partial charges are from Mar 9 - 31. Why am I being billed for days when I didn’t have access to the sim? It is clear from the bill that it was not used until the 16th, so surely it should be pro-rated from then only?
