So I've been charged for daytime minute overages for a couple of months and I just decided to look at my bill and count the minutes I've been using. I have 3 phones on my account and was told that phone calls made between phones on the account would not be counted as using daytime minutes. Yet now I look at my account and only have a total of 57 minutes to callers besides these other 2 phones and was still charged for overages ( I have 100 daytime minutes a month) that makes no sense. Either the man I spoke with at the kiosk lied to me or I'm being over charged. Neither is very good. Anyone else have this issue?
