I have been charged twice for alleged phone calls made to a number that is outside the nation. These phone calls definitely did not take place and have been totalled at around 40 minutes of airtime a piece (I have never even came close to that amount of airtime since being with Koodo). How can this issue get resolved since I cannot contact a rep?
First of all, if you check on your phone do you those calls you are talking about? I’m pretty sure your phone did not just make those calls by mistake. It’s probably a number you’ve called and don’t remember. In order to help you, can you tell us what the number is?
