over-charging


i have 2 phones one plan is $45 the other is $27 - that makes $67 plus tax of $8 equals approx. $75 but i got a bill for over $105 this is the 3rd or 4th bill in a row that was at least $90 what is going on.

This is the exact reason I left koodo and went to chatr wireless. For over 2 years I went through the same problem as you with being over charged. I got no resolution despite even taking the issue to the better business bureau. Koodo loves. Overcharging. customers . Now Im with chatr wireless and pay $35 dollars a month unlimited talk and text. No more koodo headaches!

Have you logged into your self serve from a browser and checked out your pdf ebill? If not try that first. It should give you all the answers you are looking for

I never really had any billing issues. And when i did it was corrected right away when I called in. Looking at your pdf ebill will answer most of your questions.

Same here. Never had an issue. I see lots of people here though, who simply don't understand how cellphones work and point fingers at other rather than take responsibility. That my 2 cents.

Dennis is right - if you look at your self service ebill it will show you a breakdown of each phone. Some ideas would include: Did you use data, or go over on your data? Did you go into the US at all (roaming), or did you make long distance/international phone calls? Are either of your phones iphones because by using imessaging that uses data? After you look at your billing details if you do have any questions about it then you can call customer service, we prefer if you are looking at it at the same time though.
