Ordered A SIM CARD - charged several times

Good afternoon, I  ordered a SIM card to change the phone from Telus to Koodoo. I have noticed that I have been charged 3 times since the order was placed. I understood that I would be charged $5.65 for the SIM card but  there are 3 other charges  from MOBIL@-4187 and I have not received the card yet. Can someone please contact me to have theses charges removed. So far I’m not feeling great about changing my account to Koodoo,

Did all of the charges come from "MOBIL@-4187" and are they all for $5.65?

 The $5.65 was from Koodo WEBSTORE

then the following were from MOBIL@_4187-F - a total of 3 charges

13 Oct - $18.70

12 Oct - 21.18

12 Oct - 21.63

"Mobil@ - 4187" appears to be a charge from an esso gas station, not from Koodo
