Online payment not working


Hi, I am experiencing problems with my CC. Trying to pay my bill with my European CC, not in Canada anymore, so do not want to call your service from outside Canada. I just want to pay so please advice me what to do. It is really annoying. Thanks

Please make sure that the address you have on file with your CC company matches what you have with Koodo.  The payment will not process unless both match.  As well as your Surname.

Also you can use Google Hangouts to call Koodo for free via the internet. 

Check this out as well - once its open, click "how can i pay my bill"

A foreign credit card won't work Lucie without registration and now that your account is cancelled that cannot be done. How did you pay your bill while you were in Canada? If yo have a Canadian card that should work.
