One phone died.

On my account are my phone plan and my daughters phone plan under her name, but I pay both. Her phone has just died and I would like to know how to remove her from my plan. She will be 18 in 3 months and will be getting a new phone, under her own name at that time. Where do I go to to make those changes?

I should have stated that the phone that died was completely paid for.

Note that when you cancel her line, she will also lose her number. So when she starts her own account she will get another number
