one day left in billing cycle. does this mean that my new billing cycle starts within 24 hours?

I would like to come to terms with the actual meaning of the self serve notification that I have 1 day left until my next billing cycle. Should I take that to mean that the values for airtime minutes and data will all refresh within 24 hours? Thanks.

Yeap. Just login the next day and see it yourself. If it's zeroed down you are good to go again for the next month.

And your "free" leftover texts or whatever just disappeared. It's important to know your Koodo billing date if you have some "automatic" add-ons such as US texting --- $5 for the first, the next xxx being "free".

Well I logged on and the usage shows 0 days left... but the numbers have not zeroed down. So I take this to mean that it will not say 0 days left but will be a month's worth of days until my next billing cycle when the time is right. Either that or the whole thing will look a bit different tomorrow. Shall see.

The other thing was that my airtime minutes were not showing because I'd changed my plan mid month and they are still not showing.

My interpretation at this point is that I am now in the final day of my billing period.

ZERO according to the computer is just south of ONE. Tomorrow's another day, and all will be answered... other than data and roaming which may take a few more days to emerge from hibernation. AHHH... and you changed your plan. What are you trying to do, trick their computer or give it a ¿?headache¿?

Well. The point is that you are in your last day at 0 and there will be no more days. I am assuming that after the 0 point, all will return to full levels and the airtime minutes will appear in their entirety for first time since changing the plan. And that was the whole point of my query: to understand the amount of days left, given the number they offer. I would rename this number: days left in addition to the current day.

Whoops! Noticed my usage summary says updated March 13th 2 p.m. So shall have to check back. That also leads me to favour my device's notation of usage vs self serve in that it is more up to date. I am vigilant about avoiding overages! 🙂
