Old-school type of payment

Can I pay my bill by cheque? You know, one of those paper things you write on? If so, who is the cheque made PAYABLE TO? and where is the cheque MAILED. And why isn't this one of the options under your FAQ'S??

Hmmm...people still do that? Spending money on stamps and such? :)Do you have a return envelope with your bill? It's payable to Koodo Mobile. If you click on 'contact us' there's a 'mail us' tab...here's the info: Mailing a payment: If you're mailing a bill payment, make sure you include your remittance slip, and make sure your Koodo Mobile customer number is on your cheque or money order. Then mail it to this address: Koodo Mobile PO Box 11005 Succursale Postale Centreville Montreal, QC H3C 4T5 Note: Please allow two weeks for processing.

If you're going to pay your bill via mail, make sure you mail it at least 10-14 days before your billing date because you never know how long your mail is going to take to reach the Koodo office....

You can pay by debit to and save the hassle. Plus less likely to be lost by Canada Post.
