Notifying customers of changes


Notify your customers before you change something that causes them to incur extra charges (like changing picture messages to require data now). Please and thank you.

While I see where you are coming from this info is on their brochure their website etc. Picture messaging is free with unlimetd messaging package but it does require data to be open. Once it's open though it's your apps that are chewing through data and costing moeny.

Great point!!!!! I wonder it they use the same systems for billing their prepaid customers as all the rest. If not, that may explain the variance.

We use a different platform for our billing prepaid and postpaid customers which is why there's a difference.
