Not seeing credit on first bill

I purchased the Huawei P20 on a $0 Medium Tab during the cyber monday sale. The deal also came with $150 credit towards the first bill. I just received my first bill for the Partial charges and the following month. However, on the bill there is no mention or indication of the $150 credit being there?

Are you an existing customer and upgraded your phone? What was the $150 credit for? Was it offered to you specifically.

I asked because if it was a gift, I recalled it was a gift card and offered to new customer or if you added a new line. You might not be eligible for it.

It might show up on the 2nd bill then. I'd wait till then and if it still hasn't shown up you can request a callback through the assistant to ask where it is or how that $150 bill credit will be applied.
