Not receiving email alerts re my Koodo bill

The last email alert I received was Dec 2020. When I realized that I didn’t get one in Jan, I setup a callback from a cust svc rep. I was told that everything looked ok. I didn’t receive an alert again this month (Feb 2021).

I’ve checked my spam/trash folders.

I would prefer to get the alert via email, not SMS.

You can check your notification set up here in your Self Serve account.

Yes, I know. It looks correct.

Same here, last time I received a notification of invoice was December.  Email notification settings are OK and haven’t been changed, but still nothing gets in.  Quite annoying, already been late paying my invoice because of that.  Looks like these do not get send appropriately.
