The last email alert I received was Dec 2020. When I realized that I didn’t get one in Jan, I setup a callback from a cust svc rep. I was told that everything looked ok. I didn’t receive an alert again this month (Feb 2021).
I’ve checked my spam/trash folders.
I would prefer to get the alert via email, not SMS.
