Not impressed

My phone got disconnected and i never got a text or anythimg with a heads up really not impressed and i would like to speak to someone immediatley

I would like to speak to a representative immediatley i am absolutley not impressed my phone is disconected i would like a number that i can call koodo on
Before you call try to do a power cycle (turn device off and turn it back ON) if still doesn't work, call Customer service *611 from your mobile phone, i'm sure there's exceptions that they can do, if not try to make a payment Arrangements, to keep service working.

@ Breanna, we sent a text, called multiple times and left a message re the outstanding amount. It doesn't seem we were able to reach anyone and haven't heard back at all either.  Dial #227 from your phone and pick the option for payments.
