Not getting data usage warnings?


The Koodo self serve site says I've already passed the 90% point in my data usage. I'm supposed to be getting warnings at both 50% and 90%, and I've gotten neither. Hopefully someone can tell me what to troubleshoot! I've already tried deactivating and reactivating the option to receive warnings, but other than that I'm clueless. Help!

Thats really all you can do for now and wait to see if it registers properly by waiting for a notification next month that you reached 50% and 90%.I've had it happen only once to me but I reregistered for them and never had the problem again. Just make sure you're always watching the usage on self-serve in case the notifications dont come in. If they dont again next month, I'd call *611 and talk with a rep who can escalte the issue
