Thats really all you can do for now and wait to see if it registers properly by waiting for a notification next month that you reached 50% and 90%.I've had it happen only once to me but I reregistered for them and never had the problem again. Just make sure you're always watching the usage on self-serve in case the notifications dont come in. If they dont again next month, I'd call *611 and talk with a rep who can escalte the issue
