no tab section on my bill

>You can see your negative Tab Balance under the Koodo Tab section of your monthly bill or by logging onto your Koodo Self Serve account. I haven't had a tab section since my July bill.

Hi James, There have been changes made to the way Koodos bills look like, and unfortunately they removed pertinent information about usage as well as the tab balance. Here's a link to a thread about the bill format needing improvement and it is under consideration so we should see updates to the bill formats in the future: https://c.getsatisfaction.com/koodo/topics/new_bill_format_needs_improvements Hope that helps 🙂
