No sign in my self-serve that I have cancelled my account


I gave my one-month notice (due to moving to Nicaragua) in September but see no evidence in my Koodo account that the payment I make in October will be my final one. It's just telling me cheerfully that my next bill will be in November. Should I be worried, or is that just a glitch between Koodo operations and the self-serve program?

It's not a glitch, just how the system regularly works. Self-serve doesn't ever indicate your last bill/when your account is gonna be cancelled.
