No More Billing Notification?


Im not receiving my billing notifications even though my account settings show I should be receiving them. I used to get them until 2 months ago but now no longer get them. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, Ghost Guy 1. Are you all paid up to your services? 2. Did you ever ask Koodo to stop sending the notification texts? 3. If not, give customer service a call. How are you getting the notifications before? Did you check your spam mail? Maybe change the setting?
