no longer with koodo, still receiving emails/ebills for zero dollars


I no longer have a "koodo" account, my bill was paid in full but I am still receiving emails telling me my bill is zero dollars, how do I get the email (ebills) to stop?

How long has it been since you cancelled? Even if the amount due is exactly $0 you will still receive a final bill to let you know. The final bill would be calculated on the last day of your last billing cycle. If you've been cancelled for a while and are still receiving bills, you can call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and choose option 5.
